I've always been fascinated by people.

Photography found me long before it became my career.

As a teenager, I spent hours in the darkroom at school, watching images slowly appear on photographic paper. There was something magical about preserving a moment that would otherwise be gone forever.

Life took me on plenty of adventures after that. My husband's career had us moving around New Zealand, introducing me to new places, new people and different communities before we eventually found home here in Cambridge.

Three years ago, I decided it was time to back myself and build the photography business I'd dreamed about for years.

Looking back, every chapter has led me here.

The way I work.

I'm naturally curious. I love hearing people's stories, finding out what makes them laugh, what they're passionate about, and what matters most to them. That's what helps me create photographs that feel genuine, because every person, family and business has something worth celebrating.

I'm also a firm believer that everyone deserves to feel comfortable in front of the camera. As someone with ADHD and dyslexia, I know we all experience the world a little differently, and that's shaped the way I work. I'm patient, flexible, observant and never in a hurry.

Whether I'm photographing an energetic family or a business owner who's convinced they're awkward in front of the camera, my goal is always the same: to create an environment where people can relax, be themselves and enjoy the experience. Because that's when the best photographs happen.

Why I do what I do.

I don't think anyone is "not photogenic." I think most people have simply never been given the chance to feel completely comfortable.

That's why I don't chase perfection. I chase connection. The laughter between poses, the quiet moments, the genuine smiles and the tiny interactions that tell the real story. Those are the photographs that matter, and the ones that become family favourites for years to come.

Outside of photography, I'm happiest spending time with my family, surrounded by our ever-growing collection of animals, or chasing beautiful light as the sun begins to set. I'm just as likely to chat with your kids, cuddle your dog or get caught up in your story as I am to pick up my camera.

Because for me, photography has never just been about taking beautiful pictures. It's about helping people feel seen, comfortable and completely themselves.

Life behind the camera.

When I'm not photographing people, you'll usually find me at home with my wonderfully busy family.

I'm a wife, mum to two incredible kids, and animal lover through and through. Our home is shared with one dog, four cats, eight chickens and a very well-loved rabbit.

Life is rarely quiet, and honestly, I wouldn't have it any other way. I think that's one of the reasons I love photographing families so much. I understand that life isn't perfectly organised.

It's beautifully chaotic.

I'd love to meet you.

Whether you're looking for family photographs, planning your wedding, or ready to put a face to your business, I'd love to hear your story.

Let's create photographs that feel like you.
